10 Months Ago...

For 10 months: I wondered everyday what your face, hands, fingers, toes, knees, elbows, ears, eyes, mouth would look like

For 10 months: I felt you move, kick, punch, hiccup, roll...every movement, and I cherished every one

For 10 months: I was your soul provider of food, warmth, safety

For 10 months: I worried about what kind of mother I would be

For 10 months: I prayed and prayed that you would be healthy

For 10 months: You grew and thrived inside of me; you made my belly get bigger and bigger




10 Months Ago: Daddy and I welcomed you in to this world -- September 13, 2008; 6 lbs., 4 oz.; 19 1/4 inches long

10 Months Ago: All my prayers were answered; you were strong and healthy

10 Months Ago: I knew that I was going to be the best mother to YOU

10 Months Ago: I saw you for the first time and my world has never been the same

10 Months Ago: Your face, eyes, elbows, knees, toes, hands, fingers, EVERYTHING were absolutely perfect; you were and still are the most beautiful baby boy I have ever seen

10 Months Ago: I learned what it is to truly be in love

10 Months Ago: I changed...for the better, of course!

Brogan, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me (besides your daddy)! I thank God (and of course your daddy) every day for giving me the chance and opportunity to be your mother. You make me a better person! I couldn't ask for a better son. You rock my world every time I look at you. Thank you for being you! I love you more than you'll ever know...sometimes I wonder how someone so small can have such a huge, if not all, of my heart!
